Spinning Cone Column

Is widely used as an aroma recovery or flavour management device. Typical applications include:

  • Citrus oils production and terpene fractionation.

Centritherm

Is a thin-film, single-effect, spinning cone evaporator. It is especially suited to the concentration of heat sensitive, high quality products. Typical applications include:

  • Concentration of fruit and vegetable juices and purees (esp. thermally sensitive products such as passionfruit)
  • Concentration of tea and coffee extracts without "cooked" or "stewed" notes.
  • Concentration of floral, herb and spice extracts.

  • Solvent recovery in oleoresin production.
